Cyndi

Practice Manager

In 2011 Cyndi joined our team as Practice Manager. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her background in medical billing and management. Graduating from Stetson with a BS in Biology, Cyndi began working in healthcare in 1994. Starting at the front desk of a large medical practice, to opening a solo practice where she successfully managed the practice until moving to California. She strives to make each experience for every patient, comfortable and informative, ensuring they have made the best choice for their surgical needs.

Cyndi enjoys competing in triathlons and martial arts and spending time with her husband of 16 years.

Monique

Patient Care Coordinator

Monique is our friendly, caring patient advocate. She greets each patient with a welcoming smile and is eager to answer all questions. She addresses all your concerns particularly when it involves your Financial Treatment Plan. Her five years of front office experience have given her the knowledge to assist you with your investment towards your future oral health.

Monique cherishes her time spent with her adorable little girl and her fiancé. During her spare time she enjoys baking, swimming, and shopping.

Stephanie

Scheduling Care Coordinator

Stephanie enjoys expanding her career working as Scheduling Care Coordinator. She strives to make our patients comfortable by accommodating busy schedules, answering questions, and managing records. Her passion for her job is evident in the details and efficiency that is applied towards all our patients.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her friends and family. In her free time, she continues her love for dance by auditioning for professional basketball teams, and by teaching dance classes on weekends.

Debi

Marketing

Debi directs our Marketing Department. She develops and implements projects and events for the practice. Debi also plans our social events and seminars doing her best to ensure a successful and informative outcome. She continues to progress her passion for marketing and her enthusiasm for getting a job well done.

Debi enjoys spending time with her husband Sam and her 3 grown children, reading, and outdoor activities.

Carissa

Implant Coordinator, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant (OMSA) BLS Certified, X-Ray Licensed

Carissa is a registered dental assistant as well as a certified oral surgery assistant. She has been in the dental field for seven years. She is very friendly and patient care is her number one priority.

She strives to make your dental implant journey the best it can be. You may also find her assisting Dr. Vaughan in surgical procedures.

Carissa enjoys spending her free time with her husband David, and her three pets.

Amber

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), Surgical Assistant, X-Ray Licensed, Certified in Coronal Polishing, and CPR Certified

Amber graduated from ADC where she obtained her RDA license. She has been assisting in the dental field for five years. She is considerate and caring with each patient. Amber will take the time to answer any questions or concerns patients have prior to surgery to ensure they feel comfortable and secure.

Amber enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She especially likes going to the beach, river, and the pool. During the winter she loves to camp, dirt bike, and snowboard.

Ana

Surgical Assistant, CPR Certified, Member of the Association of Surgical Technologists

Ana graduated from American Career College, where she received an Associate Degree in Occupational Science in Surgical Technology. She enjoys easing you through your entire surgery experience.

In her free time, Ana enjoys her days lounging by the pool and spending time with family and friends.
